Leonard G. Laurette

Leonard G. Laurette, 70 years of age, of Amherst passed away on August 24, 2009 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Amherst he was a son of the late George & Mildred Laurette.

Leonard is survived by his three children; Kimberley, Kevin, Christian, beloved granddaughter Brandy, and his beloved grandson and best-friend, Jordan. He is also survived by several other brothers and sisters in the Amherst, Pictou and Kitchener/Waterloo area.

A time of remembrance will be held at the Furlong-Jones Funeral Chapel (70 Church St. Amherst, N.S.) on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 from 3 to 5 p.m.
